“After kindergarten, middle, junior and high school, perhaps you went to college and sat through lectures, labs, novels, tests papers and even a thesis or two. You might have gone to do postgrad work acquiring various degrees and doctorates. And after years and years of study, from adolescence all the way into adulthood, did a heroic teacher or professor ever set down the chalk or turn off the overhead projector, look your class square in the eye, and say something like this? ‘Look guys, we teach you all these things but none of us really know what’s going on. Here we are, six billion humans, living on a bluish green sphere we call Earth. We’re a little speck spinning through an unimaginably vast cosmos, and none of us can even answer the most basic questions of our lives: Who are we? Where did we come from? Where we are going? And what is the purpose of this fourteen-billion-year experience we call the universe?’”
~Jonathan Phillips
Laced amidst the unfolding of history are secrets, mysteries that have greatly intrigued men, and, although the answers to the mysteries have remained seemingly unknowable for thousands of years, men do not grow bored of seeking after them. They never will lose their power over men because what they possess holds the key to man’s immortal, enchanted and eternal existence in a utopian paradise men have dreamed and written about since the beginning of time. This paradise does exist, but the hidden path to it has never been found. Only the real truth concerning the mysteries of life will unlock its door, and, for that reason, paradise has remained only longings in the realm of legends and dreams.
So a man can find himself in a curious place. He lives a life mostly not believing the answers can be known, or that such a place exists, while he defies common sense and pursues it anyway. It appears once the pilgrim gets a taste of his true home, he can’t help himself. He is now drawn by something that deep within him knows he can’t live without, and so he becomes part of the mystery himself.
He could be set free somewhere along the path; he can find a mystical place of refuge from the path’s difficulties, then, blinded by the pleasant foreshadow of paradise he has encountered, the beckoning voice within is silenced. For the one who moves on though, he knows more, and his soul cannot be deceived by anything less than the ultimate paradise. So he continues the desperate journey driven by his hunger. His appearance then could be that of an eccentric lunatic, while his true self is an extraordinary being who sees something in the future, and becomes part of making it a reality through his exploits.
Our heroic dreamer then sacrifices his soul. For if a man does not have his dreams, he will age more rapidly, or he can slowly be driven mad by his passion and his restless need to have them, and then die an unexpected death. For dreams are his future and the science behind their creation is not forgiving. Every moment of a man’s life, his thoughts and emotions find their way into a higher world where a match is found and all the visions he gives birth to in his soul return as his reality. Should his dreams, however, be premature or go against the Divine, there will be no match and he is as one who is dead long before he dies. What is unfortunate is that he cannot know beforehand what he has done to himself. For no one can know the secret of what must transpire in order to know their if burning requests suit the needs of the Universe. They will suit them, in time. For every soul is on its way to ultimate love and a life beyond man’s most exquisite imagination. This is our great hope. We do not really die. Should one become a part of something before its time, or go the wrong way and perish, he only sleeps and he will return to live another life until he finds it.
The year is 2020. The Earth has only known itself as Tormen, a time of suffering and death for all living things. But this is no longer necessary, and life as the world has known it is coming to an end. The ancient peoples throughout the world rose up and revealed themselves as the guardians of two keys that were given to their ancestors by galots, the winged beasts of the Higher Realm of Tahl.
The first key would unlock the time when the Earth would enter a Great Darkness that would reveal the deep truths to mankind and begin the process of terminating their shadow sides, ending all differences and wars, bringing all men together for one cause, to help one another get out of Tormen.
The second key would release a new language that was to be spoken out of the deepest place in the hearts of men that would be the right words to send into the higher world to create new bodies that would not know pain and death, and their new home, Enchantra, a new Earth.
